Everyone knows that cells divide. This cell division can be divided into two parts.

1. Nucleus division (karyokinesis)

2. Division of cytoplasm (cytokinesis)

What actually happens in the case of coconuts, karyokinesis continues but cytokinesis does not. This means that the nucleus divides to form a new nucleus, but the cell's cytoplasm does not divide.

What will happen as a result? Many nuclei will be created. And it's called "free nuclear fission."

As the nucleus continues to divide in the coconut cell, the poor cell goes to give space to the nucleus and expels the water inside it. This is coconut water!
