This course in clinical therapy would offer physiotherapists methods of knee rehabilitation in the context of postural correction. You will learn assessments for postures, gait analysis and functional movement dysfunction in the lens of biomechanics and knee alignment. Interventions will be provided relevant to correcting valgus or varus deformities, patellar tracking problems and postural compensations associated with chronic pain or injury. Practical applied modules will consist of manual therapy; joint, mobilization; programming and administering corrective exercise; neuromuscular re-education; and proprioceptive training methods to optimize knee alignment and function with posture. There will be close to full-length and high-definition video examples of the practical modules and lectures by experts to develop meaningful practise skills and theoretical application. You will have interactive quizzes and assignments throughout the course to reinforce your learning as well. At the conclusion of the course, participants receive certification in methods for knee rehabilitation within the context of postural correction to promote clinical reasoning and effective posture peripheral knee rehabilitation.
